Core rule
On dynamic apps, always wait for networkidle before inspecting the DOM.
Execution Phases
Phase 01Choose the approach
For static HTML, read the file to find selectors; for a dynamic app, check whether the server is already running.
Phase 02Start the servers
Run scripts/with_server.py --help first, then use it to start one or more servers around the automation script.
Phase 03Reconnaissance
Navigate, wait for networkidle, then take a screenshot or inspect the rendered DOM to identify selectors.
Phase 04Act
Run actions with the discovered selectors in headless Chromium, capture console logs if needed, and close the browser.
