Subagent-Driven Development
Executes a plan by dispatching a fresh implementer subagent per task, a task review after each, and a whole-branch review at the end.
Runs every task without pausing to check in, commits code, and deletes the plan's workspace directory when done.

Core rule
Fresh subagent per task, plus a task review for spec and quality, plus a broad final review.
Execution Phases
Phase 01Set up
Work in an isolated worktree, create or resume the plan's ledger, read the plan and spec, and run the preflight conflict scan.
Phase 02Dispatch implementer
Record BASE, write the task brief file, pick the model explicitly by task complexity, and dispatch one implementer at a time to implement, test and commit.
Phase 03Review the task
Hand the reviewer a review package with the commit list and full diff; both a spec-compliance and a quality verdict are required.
Phase 04Fix and record
On findings, run fix-loop rounds with scoped re-reviews, parking with a ruling at the cap; then log the completion in the ledger and move on.
Phase 05Final review
Review the whole branch on the most capable model with one fix wave, report every ruling, delete the plan's workspace, then use finishing-a-development-branch.
Permissions (summarised from SKILL.md)
| Capability | Needed | Details |
|---|---|---|
| File writes | Required | Subagents change and commit code per the plan; the ledger, briefs and review packages live in the plan workspace under .superpowers/sdd/. |
| Command execution | Required | Runs git, tests and the bundled sdd-workspace, task-brief and review-package scripts. |
| Network outbound | Not required | No network access is called for; merges, pushes and other outside side effects require asking first. |
