## 核心规则

每条问题都要有具体情形说明会导致什么错误结果，没有具体情形就不报告。

## 执行阶段

1. **先摸清全貌** — 阅读 README、部署和构建配置、依赖、入口和测试，判断预期负载，并完整追踪主要数据流。
2. **逐项查找** — 检查 bug、安全与数据丢失风险、规模问题、缺失测试、速度，以及可删除、合并或拆分的代码。
3. **报告前核实** — 认定代码未被使用前先搜索整个仓库，包括测试和配置；只提出最小修复，优先删除代码。
4. **输出排序报告** — 说明仓库用途和假设的负载，按必须修、应该修、可选分组列出至多 20 条编号问题，并写明未检查的部分。
