## 核心规则

只构建一次，并将同一个制品依次晋级到所有环境。

## 执行阶段

1. **收集约束条件** — 明确应用类型、部署目标、环境拓扑、回滚要求、关卡约束和监控栈。
2. **编排阶段与关卡** — 按构建、测试与安全扫描、预发、审批、生产、验证排列阶段，快速检查前置，并设置人工或指标关卡。
3. **选择发布策略** — 在滚动、蓝绿、金丝雀（如 Argo Rollouts）和功能开关中选择，并给出带注释的配置。
4. **健康检查与回滚** — 用验证真实依赖的深度就绪检查和部署后冒烟脚本，并在健康或指标失败时自动回滚。
