## 핵심 규칙

오류 예산은 1 − SLO 목표이며, 남은 예산이 변경 속도를 정하고 소진되면 기능 개발을 멈춥니다.

## 실행 단계

1. **SLI 정의** — 가용성, 지연 시간, 내구성 등을 성공 이벤트 대비 전체 이벤트 비율로 PromQL에 표현합니다.
2. **SLO 목표 설정** — 사용자 기대, 비즈니스 요구, 현재 성능, 신뢰성 비용을 고려해 목표값과 기간(예: 28일)을 정합니다.
3. **오류 예산 정책** — 오류 예산을 계산하고, 남은 예산이 50%·10%·0%일 때 위험한 변경 연기, 비핵심 변경 동결, 기능 동결을 정합니다.
4. **규칙·알림·대시보드** — Prometheus 기록 규칙과 빠른·느린 소진율 알림을 작성하고, Grafana에 준수율, 남은 예산, 추세를 보여 줍니다.
