## 핵심 규칙

질문하기 전에 저장소를 먼저 읽고, 비즈니스 제약은 사용자나 제품 문서에서만 가져오며 코드로 추론하지 않습니다.

## 실행 단계

1. **맥락 먼저 읽기** — 저장소, 문서, 스키마, 테스트 환경에서 기술적 사실을 모으고 추론할 수 없으며 범위를 바꾸는 질문만 합니다.
2. **깊이 선택** — 저·중위험은 빠른 기록(3~7개), 보안·데이터·마이그레이션·시스템 간 변경은 전체 인수 브리프로 작성합니다.
3. **관찰 가능한 기준 작성** — 각 AC에 시작 조건, 트리거, 기대 결과, 금지된 부작용, 검증 방법, 우선순위를 쓰고 '올바르게', '안전하게' 같은 모호한 말은 쓰지 않습니다.
4. **진행 또는 확인 대기** — 요구가 분명하고 차단 위험이 없으면 기준을 기록하고 계속하며, 고위험 변경은 차단 요소를 제시하고 확인을 기다립니다.
5. **기준 수정** — 구현 중 AC를 제약 때문에 충족할 수 없으면 [revised]로 표시하고 범위나 검증 방법을 갱신해 바뀐 항목만 다시 제시합니다.
