## 基本ルール

指摘には必ず「この入力や状況でこの誤った結果になる」という具体例が必要で、具体例がなければ指摘しないこと。

## 実行フェーズ

1. **まず変更を理解** — diffに加え呼び出し元・呼び出し先・テスト・READMEを読み、データの流れを追い、リポジトリから想定負荷を判断します。
2. **観点ごとに確認** — バグ、セキュリティやデータ消失のリスク、スケールの問題、テスト不足、速度、削れるコードを順に確認します。
3. **報告前に検証** — 該当行を読み直して指摘が成り立つか確かめ、最小の修正を提案します。削除する修正を優先し、好みや曖昧な懸念は書きません。
4. **平易な言葉で報告** — 変更の内容を述べ、必須・推奨・任意のグループに番号付きで指摘を並べ、最後に判定を示します。
