## 基本ルール

質問する前にリポジトリを読み、業務上の制約はユーザーか製品文書からのみ取り、コードから推測しません。

## 実行フェーズ

1. **文脈を先に読む** — リポジトリ、文書、スキーマ、テスト環境から技術的事実を集め、推測できず範囲を左右する質問だけをします。
2. **深さを選ぶ** — 低〜中リスクはクイックキャプチャ（3〜7件）、セキュリティ・データ・移行・システム横断の変更はフルの受け入れブリーフにします。
3. **観察できる基準を書く** — 各ACに前提条件、トリガー、期待結果、禁止する副作用、検証方法、優先度を書き、「正しく」「安全に」などの曖昧語は使いません。
4. **続行か確認待ち** — 要件が明確で阻害リスクがなければ基準を記録して続行し、高リスクの変更は阻害要因を示して確認を待ちます。
5. **基準の改訂** — 実装中にACが制約で満たせない場合は [revised] を付け、範囲や検証方法を更新し、変わった項目だけを再提示します。
