## 基本ルール

各インクリメントの後も、システムがビルドでき、テストが通る動く状態を保つこと。

## 実行フェーズ

1. **切り方を選ぶ** — 縦スライスを基本とし、フロントとバックを並行するなら契約を先に決め、不確実性が高いなら最もリスクの高い部分から始めます。
2. **最小限の実装** — 最も単純に動く方法を考え、タスクに必要な部分だけを変え、範囲外の気づきはメモに留めて手を付けません。
3. **テストと検証** — リポジトリ自身のコマンドでテスト・ビルド・型チェック・lint を実行し、新機能が期待どおり動くことを確かめます。
4. **コミットして次へ** — 1インクリメント1変更で個別にコミットして戻しやすくし、未完成の機能は既定でオフのフィーチャーフラグの裏に置きます。
