## Core rule

Never weaken, skip, delete or edit a test, a checker config or a package.json script to get green.

## Execution Phases

1. **See what will run** — gstack-checks detect reads files only and lists each check and test selection; if the repo declares none, say so and stop without inventing commands.
2. **Confirm trust** — When repo commands are untrusted, show them and ask before trusting in an interactive session.
3. **Run, fix, run** — Fix code on FAIL, add tests on UNMAPPED, report ENV or TIMEOUT without working around it; stop after 5 runs or a repeated failure.
4. **Hand off** — gstack-checks status reruns nothing; only READY_FOR_SHIP counts as green.
