## Core rule

Analyze the project's actual structure and dependencies with the scripts before recommending an architecture.

## Execution Phases

1. **Assess the project** — project_architect.py detects architectural patterns, code smells and improvement opportunities.
2. **Analyze dependencies** — dependency_analyzer.py checks the dependency tree, circular dependencies and outdated packages, with JSON output for CI.
3. **Decide** — Compare options against the architecture-pattern and tech-decision guides and record trade-offs in an ADR.
4. **Draw the diagram** — architecture_diagram_generator.py outputs Mermaid, PlantUML or ASCII diagrams.
