## Core rule

Every finding carries an exact line and a concrete fix; security findings and architectural disagreements get full rationale.

## Execution Phases

1. **Locate** — Mark location as L<line> or <file>:L<line>, with symbol names in backticks.
2. **Tag severity** — Prefix with bug, risk, nit or q when mixed; if unsure, ask with q instead of hedging.
3. **Give the fix** — State a concrete fix and add the why when it is not obvious.
4. **Expand when needed** — Switch to full paragraphs for security findings, architectural disagreements and onboarding, then resume terse.
